Help touchscreen and connection issues

abledsoe

Lurker
I have had my Tbolt for a week now and have a couple of issues. Sometimes the touchscreen is super sensitive, just hovering a finger over a button will select it. Other times I can press and press and press a button and nothing will happen. When this happens I usually have to go back a screen and then come back to the keyboard. I have tried the calibration tool a few times and this isn't my first touchscreen phone.

Second, for the past 3 days I have been getting several "Connection Error" messages when I open apps (wordfued, facebook, twitter) eventhough it has the 3G logo in the info bar and at least a couple of signal bars. The only thing that seems to correct it is restarting the phone.

Any thoughts? The phone is NOT rooted.

Thanks!

Are these common problems? Is it worth exchanging? It has had 2 random reboots so far and it has a very small amount of light leakage, not enough to bother me.

I have a little less than a week left on the 14 day trial window and trying to decide if I should exchange it.

I really like the phone otherwise.

Thanks!
