Help Touchscreen not working after update

Hello Andriod guy`s,

I just update my galaxy S4 to the newest version of Andriod, the update was succelfully installed.
After the last restart i noticed my touchscreen is not working. (doesn`t do anything when I push on the screen)

So i did the following thing:
Savemode (touchscreen not working)
Restart to factory reset (touchscreen not working)
Battery 1 day out of the phone and start (touchscreen not working)

So is this a comment problem or do you guy`s have some idee?

I hope to hear something soon so i can use my phone agian..

What is your Android Version? Did you Update from Samsung? What is your Network Provider?
