I'd been using CM6 for quite a while now but it started getting slow, so I decided to try CM7. However, I disliked it (don't exactly remember what, but something bothered the hell out of me) and went back to CM6(upgrade and downgrade both done with the auto updater exe available in respective threads)
So..Back to CM6 and as I'm about to enter my PIN code...I can't! The touchscreen doesn't respond. I tried re-upgrading to 7, tried going back to 6, nothing. NOTHING. Plain and simple, the touchscreen doesn't work. However, experimenting around, when I took the SIM out and tried booting, the CM7 russian start thingy had a haptic feedback response on lower half of the screen. Tried it with the sim, same old story of malfunction. I really like this phone and as I've no replacement available, I REALLY wouldn't like to start looking for a new one.
So...HALP?!
