Help TouchTone not accepted

Help!!! I have pushed something wrong somewhere.... When I call voice mail and want to delete it and push 7 it does nothing.. It does not recognize the touch tone even though I hear it. Does anyone know where in settings this might be? I have looked so long for it that even if the answer bit me I wouldn't see it on the phone anymore... YIKES!!

more info is needed, like what rom your on or are you using stock? was the phone drop, or get wet somehow?

It was a simple take the battery out and wait a few minutes and then start it up again... Works just fine now.. Go Figure...

Thanks for responding...and I am not sure what rom is? So glad that wasn't it... LOL
