Root Touchwiz, or mainly samsung's task manager on my dinc? is it possible?

for some reason i love the samsung task manager app. the one that when you hold home it shows recent apps and the task manager button...it seems to be the most efficient task killer/manager i've used. or do i need to be corrected?

anyway....is there any possible way to put that on my incredible? or touchwiz to see if that will include it?

I know the miui rom has that exact feature built in.
