yes but no way i should be hitting 2+ mbps vs .55 mbps max on populated tower

maybe the tower hasnt been upgraded since it was put in, they are upgrading towers and replacing parts that will give better signal strength to them

ah thats what i was thinking. the tower i used to connect to around my house was further awayi noticed because i used to be at -87-95 around my house. just noticed that i am -65-79. still getting the same speed
for a while vzw didn't have a connection on the tower closest to my house. in fact i didn't know what company it belonged to. wasn't att or vzw/alltel
glad to see that vsw is adding to existing towers

i was once at a bar called wild magnolias, and i never had service, til one day i went in there, and tried sending a text, and low and behold, had full signal, i was impressed and knew then and their that my small town is still on verizons radar
