Toy Story 3 digital copy

I have just purchased the latest toy story movie on blu ray which comes with a digital copy, which i think will look pretty cool on the DHD. My question is how to get it on there.
Should i choose itunes or windows media player. I can only choose one of these two options once so need to get it right. Which one should i choose before then transferring to my phone??

Just drag n' drop into a movies folder?

They're not drag and drop, they tend to be full of DRM and only work on certified PlaysForSure compatible devices.

If you find a way to do it let me know as I have a digital copy of Ironman 2 I want on my DHD, but can't do it through my home linux boxes.

Yes needs to be on a playforsure device. Does the DHD support this?
