Transfer from older phone to a new one

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and wanted to transfer all my data and setting from my older Samsung phone.
All was transferred correctly except the setting for my Outlook.
I tried to add my email accounts to Outlook on the new phone but get strange error messages that nobody seem to understand.
My email accounts (2 of them) are Office365.
I attached the screen shots of the two errors I receive.
I would really appreciate any help

from what i read in the op, everything went great save for outlook.n smart switch will not help with the op's situation.

Could be of a glitch of entering your password.. Have you search on outlook faqs?

As well as your password, Outlook on a new device usually requires two-factor authentication login, like emailing or texting you a one-time PIN. Did you enter the correct credentials?
