Transfer photos from camera to phone

I would like to be able to transfer photos from my digital camera to my Android Mesmerize/Fascinate, without using a computer. I will be backpacking and trying to update a blog from my Android with photos I've taken on a separate camera. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Thanks, BabyBlues! Yes, I did also just discover the Eye-Fi card as well, which looks like it would work very well. It's just too bad that it costs $80! Has anyone out there found a cheaper solution?

Sorry if this post is too late. But it may help others in the future. My android has a micro SD slot behind the battery. If your camera takes a regular SD card, as most do, buy a micro SD adapter. $1.17 on amazon, last I checked.
