transfer to ext sd card

Can someone tell me how to transfer downloaded files from internal memory to sd card on a galaxy tab 2 7.0. I tried going to My Files app but could not do anything with it. Please help im running out of space
 
Ok do u know how to see if the phone is reading the sd card . If so check to see if its a video folder on the sd card . THIS WOULD BE CALLED THE EXTERNAL .
 
Once in the external drive you want to make a folder called video .only make this if its not on the external sd . Once you made the folder . Go back to downloads copy one movie at a time . Once copied go to that new folder made called video and paste it inside the video folder .
