Help transfer video/pics

I transferred my mids and pics from my old phone to sensation, did it when I had a 8gb micro SD card in it, now.jus got a 16.

I wanna transfer my mids n pics from to the 16, but when i had my 8 in it it saved all the pics n mids to the external memory (8gb) but I carnt find anywhere where I can save those files to internal memory, so I. an transfer them to new 16 memory card?

Why don't you transfer the pics to the PC via USB and then back to the phone on the 16?

The Sensation's intern memory is only available for apps.

You can, with a file management application (e.g. - EStrong's File Explorer). However another easy method would be to just take the old SD card out, and with an adapter, insert into the PC and copy the files to the PC. Then copy the files from PC to new card.
