Transfered pics turning solid grey?

I'm trying to transfer a folder of pics to my gnex and I've tried MTP and PTP but almost all the pictures aren't viewing right on the phone. The thumbnails are right but when I click on one to view it, grey bars start to fill up the whole pic until it's solid grey and if I try to use it like set it as a background, it comes out grey. If I open the folder on my phone using my computer, the pics look fine. Does anyone know where the problem is that's making my phone turn all the pics grey? I'm using a Razr Maxx cable. Would that matter? And I transferred the exact same pics to a Razr Maxx and they all view perfectly. This is so frustrating and weird! lol

Use the app QuickPic. What you're seeing is a glitch in the stock gallery app and it's pretty widely experienced, especially after a transfer
 
Thanks man! That app worked perfect for all those pics that were showing up wrong or failing to load.
I transferred pics back on launch day with no problem so I was getting worried that AOKP/Axiom Morphr messed with something.
