I have a lot of pics and ringtones on my laptop I would like to put on my

Pictures are easy enough, just connect your cable to your computer, select Disk Drive as connection type, and copy them onto your card in the phone. Make a new folder for it if you wish, however you want. As for ringtones, it depends on your formats, but mostly it's the same way. Also recommend an app like RingDroid to let you trim sound files to fit how you like them for ringers
