Took off my battery. Restarted my phone and now all my apps and settings are gone.

This sucks. My apps that I moves on my SD card aren't working/being recognized.

I've had of that happen on the Prevail when I would move apps to the sd card because I didn't have enough internal storage. My question is why in the world did you move apps to the sd when we've got 3gigs of internal storage?

Why don't you install a CWM backup that has all your apps on it, or if you have Titanium, restore all of your apps that way, reformat your sd card then go ahead and move them back to the sd card.

I've got a ton of apps on my phone and still got 2gigs of internal storage.

Well not just that, my contacts got lost. Its weird. I did make a backup of that :)

As long as you have a Google account and are signed in to it on your phone, you'll never have to worry about losing your contacts. Just make sure that it is set to sync so that it updates itself when contacts are added.
