Help Transferring contacts from windows 7 pc to Samsung Galaxy s2

how do I transfer contacts from my Windows 7 pc to My new Samsung Galaxy S2 phone? Please help!!

If you export or convert them to .csv format, then import them in to the gmail account you plan on linking/have linked the phone too, they'll appear on the phone when you sync.
