Transferring data between sd cards?

Hi guys,

ive got an xperia arc with a 16gb sd card and when i buy the galaxy 3 in a few weeks il get a 64gb card.

i would like to know how i can transfer my files from the 16gbb one? not so concerned with contacts etc but more so with app data

I think the easiest way would be to transfer the data to a computer either by hooking your phone up to the computer or with an SD card adapter. Put everything into a desktop folder. Then hook the new one up and drop everything on to the new card.
