Help Transferring my stuff to the tablet

Hey all. I'm thinking about getting this tab on Thursday and I was wondering how easy it is to transfer all my apps across? Am I right in thinking it's all done by the Play Stores backup and that's it? Or is there something else I'll have to do?

Obviously I'll have to reinstall my side loaded apps, but I can live with that.

Yep. After you sync your Google account with the new device, you'll be able to download all of your previous apps from the Play store.
