Help Transferring photos and videos to different folders on sd card

Since I have used this sd card in a BB and an LG it has many different "folders" of pictures in the gallery, many duplicate pictures in multiple folders. On the computer I moved everything to 100media however I did something wrong.

Can someone please tell me in a step by step sort of way how to achieve what I'm trying to acomplish?

I'd like ALL photos in a "photo" folder and all videos in a "video" folder.

Instead of 5 or 6 multiple folders.

easiest way to do that is on your computer. just plug in your usb cable and when the card comes up on your computer, just create a folder for both video and photos. then all you have to do is copy and paste the pictures into the right folder.
