Transferring S Note files from Note2 to Note3?

How can I transfer editable S Note files from a Note2 to a Note3? I do not want to export them as images or pdfs, I want to retain full editing control over them so I can continue to use the eraser tool on them.

If someone else hasn't, I might be able to answer this question for you tomorrow. I transferred a bunch of files from my Note 2 to my micro SD card before trading in my Note 2 for the Note 3. I haven't put the card into the new phone yet.

You can transfer them as s note files using the samsung kies, which works well. Unfortunately when you have them on the note 3, the only convert to the note three form, and are editable, upon your opening one. If you haven't opened a transfer note for note 3, it will not show up in search results on the new free either
