In my experience the UOT doesn't work for making the notification menu transparent.

That's what I find weird about it. Instead of getting a transparent notification bar/menu, I get two of them on top of each other.

The rom has to be deodexed, it should work if your running stock++

...and there's another problem, lol. Unless it's been fixed recently, stock++ wont flash UOT themes. I think it's framework.apk that wont flash.

I don't know why not. It worked for me when I was building oxygen rom
