Help Trash mail

ive got my email account with yahoo mail, i go into it an read my new emails, then delete them, close it down and get a notification saying i got a new mail. if i go on the laptop and sign into yahoo mail it says i have x amount in trash/spam emails. can somebody tell me why its not showing up on my phone. gs2

maybe your refresh rate is set to high like 2hrs or something, i suggest checking your settings on the email account i use the email built in app not the yahoo mail app.

i will check the settings. thanx. i might of explained it wrong but i am using the built in email app, its just ive got an account with yahoo. thanx

It just shows the inbox. If you want to show junk, you have to tap the Inbox beside the Yahoo name and you can choose other folders to view.

i know that but what im saying is u tap the trash folder and it refreshes an should display the junk mail. but its not. it just refreshing and not displaying anything.

It should. How many days of mails have you set it to show? If set to 1 day, it will only show mails from the previous day and nothing before that.

Also try going to inbox and then back to trash.

i have tried going back to inbox and then back to trash. but i havent checked the day settings. ill try that later as im ''working'' and i dont have a signal in here atm.
