We tried some whole wheat pasta one time...lets just say it was our first & last time. Absolutely horrible. :thumbdown:

Whole wheat pasta leaves a bit too be desired, but pizza crust isn't so bad. But then again, I like wheat bread over White bread any day. And let's not forget sourdough which is my absolute favorite.

I'm making steak tonight...*winks at X and K'Lin for making a GS3WH reference*...Now I make a good steak, don't get me wrong, but we tend to keep it simple. I tenderize the meat with EVOO until it is absorbed thoroughly, then cook to doneness, sprinkling lightly some Spicy Steak Seasoning.

Anyone got any recipes or methods to share? I cook over coals only BTW.

Seasoning.... make sure you infuse it with some pepper garlic and onions. All good from there. Oh, and coals or wood baby. I see you got that part down....that's how we role.... ! None of that propane gas crap!
