Triangle Away still showing "1"? *FIXED*

Hey I just rooted my Note 2 N7100 with CWM Recovery and a stock kernel and ROM. and decided I no longer want root any more so I downloaded triangle away pressed reset counter only to find it didn't work. When I used Triangle Way it said "Please note that some devices keep resetting the counter back to 1 as long as you are not running a stock kernel and stock recovery" So what do I do? I'm downloading the Stock firmware for the Note N7100 and I'm going to flash it and then root again so I can use triangle away. is this the correct way of doing it?. Because at the moment it doesn't seem to be working with CWM. Any Ideas?

**FIXED** For anyone else that's having the same issue try this: Yep apparently you need a Complete Stock Rom+Kernel to stop the counter going back to "1" if you still have CWM as your recovery just Download GalaxyNote2/stockrecovery/GT-N7100-StockRecovery.zip at DownloadAndroidROM.com and place it on your external SD card. Reboot your Note 2 and go into recovery and select the "Stock recovery.zip" and flash it then reboot. then launch triangle Away press reset flash counter then it will reboot. Then go into download mode and flash a stock ROM.

then when you go into download mode it should say:
Custom Binary Download = NO.
Current Binary = Samsung Official.
System Status = Normal

Done:)

How do you flash a stock recovery via CWM? I don't understand how you did that. I'm in your same shoes but I plan to root again after an official tmo update so it's not a huge deal to me.

Place the stock rom on sd card or internal.
Reboot into recovery (cwm).
Navigate to rom (usually a zip)
Flash........grab something to drink while this is going on.
First bootup may take awhile.........leave phone alone and let it do it's thing.

This I know how to do, it's how I re-installed the stock rom though I really didn't need to. What the op said is to install the stock recovery (different than rom) from CWM. That's the oart that I'm confused about. I had reinstalled the stock recovery and my phone remained unrooted, its after I used triangle away then unrooted that the counter still shows as 1 just like in OP's case.

Thanks, I'll keep this in mind. No, I'm no longer rooted and do have a stock recovery. Everything is fine other than thw counter, my device status is normal and im abke to check for updates with no issues. It's just the counter that still shows as 1. It's not a huge deal to me as I do plan to root again down the line but when I do so I'll have to remember this advice.
