Hello,

My name is Tricia Rose. So....I ordered a phone on November 23rd and still have not yet received anything and I am having trouble finding the appropriate place by which I might be able to follow up. Can anyone help me with this? I lost my Droid Eris in April....the best phone I have ever owned btw, and of course had not insured it because I have NEVER lost or damaged a phone so I didn't think I needed it Then I found this site..... I have the order info. posted below.

Tricia, this is an open forum and not a direct line to any carrier or provider.... while it is a good place to ask for ideas and suggestions and help, it's probably not the right place to be posting detailed consumer info and order numbers. Good luck with your phone; you really need to contact the customer service people at whatever company that order is with.
