I got to step 10 in the root guide running 2.2 on my ally, when i run the ADB.bat I'm not seeing the bootloader device in device manager. my phone is rebooting and force closing programs. Any help would be welcomed, if you are in the Newport News Area i'll meet ya if you can fix it even. Thanks in advance.

So artcwolf, You got velocity up and running now? Didnt mean to leave you gangin but i figured you were good and i had to get to class.
No problem I understand having to get to class. Thanks again for the help, i was on the verge of panic since i need my phone for business. I think i've got it all configured back to close to where it was on stock. doing another backup now. tested out the wireless tether on the Nook Color and i'm very happy now. Got root explorer and TiBu on it and backing up the apps.
