Help tried rooting :[

sd card failed with I tried to flash update.zip which i found out was because I had installed OTA updates from verizon. now all I see is a

phone..!..Computer

thing in the middle? what do i do?

noo... look in the rooting forums. There is an issue when applying update.zip on a stock OTA updated phone. on xda adre... or whatever his name says that you need to flash a kernel before going into cwm or something. But i'm not sure how to flash it.

in cwr you navigate to "install from sdcard"...go to the folder that you dropped the kernel into on your sdcard (assuming you did that already) and select it...you ll get the flashing words on ur screen...then reboot and ur done
