Help tried to install 2.1, failed!

I'm trying to install 2.1 on my girlfriends phone, but when I try to update the firmware it says "update not found" help please.

You have to go back a page and actually download the installer tool. They kinda brush over that and you gotta figger that out. There are 3 "downloads".....1 how to uninstall the drivers....2 how to install the update ....and 3....it is titled "download". That is the installer tool and after downloading, it should show up on your desktop.
