Root Trien Juopeanutbear method... Partially bricked help?

Ok let me start off by saying any grammatical errors I have will be resolved in the morning, I have quite a bit of alcohol in my system right now. Ok so I am using a Mac OS X Machine and used a virtual machine to try and install juopnutbear, it didn't work too well... then I had a problem and had to flash the recovery using fastbot on OS X. Not it keeps rebooting into juopnut bear no matter what I do. I have tried restoring my NANdroid backup, and have tried to install a fresh rom. I have absolutely no clue what to do
Any help will be appreciated.

Go hop on irc on the juopeanutbear website, the devs will help you get it running again.

FYI doing something like this through a virtual machine was a very bad idea, after you get up and running again, try again from a Windows machine.
