I'm not 100% sure and I'm no expert, but a dev will probly jump in with facts and info, but if I recall correctly Motorola did release there source, as I believe they have to, but they didn't and don't have to release there propiatary drivers or however you spell it, hardware drivers is easier to say lol

if thats the case im wondering if i can use linux and remove the drivers and put them on drop box for the devs

Yeah old news but thanks for the post. I have all the files local, I have wanted to mess with some of the build files and replace stuff in cm7 but never got around to it. Don't think it would make a difference as tickerguy figured out most that stuff way back when. Maybe I will look at it again some time, as it could possible help. Not 100% sure as its all written for froyo but you never know

well i been dealing with some idiots but finally i got transferred to development department to find out if we can have a release date on the kernal source code see maybe if we can get what we need bye calling them if not im gonna call the huawei customer support and get it from them
