android has a feature called "The App Drawer"

its the center button on the bottom dock on all the home screens.

it takes you to a drawer where ALL your apps live, from this place you can press any app, hold your finger on it and move it to your home screens.

it also works in reverse, you can take apps off the home screens or move them around and re arrange them.

as for the roaming problem, are you sure you activated the phone?!

did you sign up for a virgin mobile account, get your own phone number, and program it into the phone?

or did you buy someone elses account and their used number? thats like buying a pair of used underwear.....

I have had this same issue whoever rooted ur phone used an old version of gingerbreak for another phone trust me i did it myself all u need to do is restart phone hold power and volume down when it starts back up with it being rooted they mostlikely have cwm if they did then u will go into the clock work mod once there WIPE DALVIK and then do a factory reset that should work it worked for me but if u dont wipe the dalvik it wont work even though i dont know what the dalvik actually does it has an effect on your phone when screwed with the wrong way

Its not in my app drawer at all like litterally it doesnt exist. it is like it never even came with the phone there's no messaging app in the App dawer. home screen anywhere. It does have the superuser app which makes me believe it's rooted but everytime I try to download the app requires root access nothing happens so I'm really confused. I want to be able to call and text people from my phone number. And yes I do have activated I got my own phone number in everything on the phone I'm just really stuck right now and I really want to be back to normal.

Assuming the seller put the phone back to stock, you should be able to do a factory reset (settings/privacy) which will get you back to completely stock. If it's still got a custom recovery on it, you could flash the "MTDEV_UNROOT" zip & that will put the phone back to 100% stock.

Try booting up the phone with the volume up, volume down and power buttons all depressed at the same time (hold till a few seconds after Motorola splash screen appears) and see if a custom recovery menu come up. If so, you'll need to flash the zip I mention above- if not, the phone likely has the custom recovery and you can do the factory reset through the settings menu.

Hope that helps!
