I've had my Motorola Triumph for a couple of weeks. All of the sudden, the brightness controls have no effect and even if I click the power button to turn off the display, the black screen is still emitting a lot of light.
This is a stock phone not modified in any way. I have tried restarting, pulling the battery for more than 30 seconds and restarting, wiping the cache and performing a factory reset on the phone. I still have the same problem. It was not like this to begin with. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with something like this. I'm coming up empty trying to research this problem.
