Triumph to Evo V

I went from the Triumph to the htc Wildfire S to the Evo V.

I liked the Triumph's big screen, but I could never get the Bluetooth to stay paired with any of my devices. I liked the Wildfire S due to the LCD screen, even though it had a smaller screen.

I went for the Evo V since I had a similar display as on the Wildfire S, but with a bigger screen. :)

Well I came over after 6 replacement Triumphs, when this phone was announced I jumped at the chance to pre order it the first day it was available on the RS site. Much happier camper. :D

I went from the Rumor Touch to the Optimus V to the Triumph to the Evo V.
The Rumor Touch was a feature phone with a big unresponsive touch screen that couldn't even keep music playing while i sent a text.
The Optimus V was alright, but I didn't like the small screen.
The Triumph took forever to lock in GPS, had a screen that would randomly stop being responsive, and just had problems all around.
The Evo V so far has been great. After root and S-Off on Mobster ROM I don't have a single complaint about it right now.

Me too. I had the Triumph for about six months. Couldn't stand the GPS issues - I "used" it daily for work. That's the first thing I tested with the Evo V and was shocked at how fast it locked in!

I did too, that phone had mental problems lol

I couldn't even get it to charge :banghead:

But anyways I love my evo and it's so worth it if you s off flash a custom rom and kernel, and apply the radio reception tweaks to get a significant improvement in speed, call quality, sms speed, and reduce fluctuations and strengthen signal.
