Root Triumph Wifi Hotspot Issues

I rooted and flashed CM7 a few weeks ago on my Triumph. I am having issues when I connect wifi from my pc to my phone. First, when I connect, it appears everything is working, then after a few minutes, the web pages fail to load and it disconnects. I try to connect again on the pc and it says unable to connect and runs the troubleshooter. The troubleshooter says router issues and unable to fix. I then turn the wifi hotspot off, then back on, it appears to work again for a few minutes, then the same thing happens. When it is connected, in my wifi window, I right click on my connection, and press diagnose, and it says same thing, it also says my connection speed is 11Mbs. There are also two things in this window that say internet connection, one says connected, the other says it isnt. I cant remember exactly what kind of internet connections they are off hand, doing this from memory. Also, with wifi hotspot on, the back of the triumph gets really hot, its gotten up to 109 degrees at one time Ive noticed. Whats the temp to keep it at without damaging the phone or battery. Thanks for your feedback.

I would personally recommend using USB tethering... Wifi is slower and it heats your cpu a lot... ideally you want your phone running at room temp or a few degrees either way and this is with most electronics... You really don't want your cpu getting to hot or its going to fry... i couldn't tell you what temp or how long it needs to be at that temp for it to happen, but it will... Just try and keep it at room temp or a bit cooler and you should be good.
