Triumph wont charge when on

I have my triumph for almost a year now and yesterday it just stopped charging I tried plugging it in the wall outlet and computer but nothing happened. I took battery off for a few minutes still same. I turned it off and charged it and took the whole night to charge full. Any of you experienced this and was able to solve it? I called virgin mobile and they said i have 2 days till my warranty expire I will try and get it replace by then

Probably bad USB port. Try replacing it before the warranty expires.

Yep had the same problem with my first Triumph VM will happily replace it as long as it has not been a year.

So before that year is up best play it safe and call up VM and get it replaced at no cost to you.

question: do they send you a brand new phone or refurbished ?

When I did mine they sent a refurb, but I believe they did start sending new phones in the boxes shortly after that.

I got mine replaced in November, all that was in the box was the phone, minus a battery, the back plate, and a sd card. But that was November, things could very well have changed since then. And I had absolutely no problems with my refurb replacement

or bad battery. I replaced my battery with a new one and all my port problems vanished.

Every one of the 6 replacement Triumphs that I went through was a class a in the retail box, but I'm quite persistent and persuasive when it comes to warranty claims. ;-)
