Root Trouble Flashing CWM

I am trying to root an incredible 2 via Revolutionary and it gets to the Root Acquired stage but fails every time it is about to install CWM. I've tried to manually install via Fastboot and this fails as well. I've also tried installing it via Rom Manager and that fails as well.

No idea how to proceed here, has anyone had this problem before? Phone is running 2.3.3 and has hboot 0.97 installed. Purchased phone mid October.

Try downgrading CWM. I had that issue with a ROM before. I found the late version 4s to work best.

Now its looking like I can't root at all.

Other things I've tried.

Upgrade to 2.3.4 and then downgrade back to 2.3.3

No idea how to proceed here, are there any other options to Revolutionary?
