Help Trouble in Paradise

Hey guys, this is my FP so be a little easy. So this is my first true "smart phone" I've always had a BB and the Charge is giving me a run for my money. Let's first start out saying that I'm not completely numb to technology nor am I fluent in the matrix. With that being said this phone is giving me the arse! It freezes, drops contact #'s from the phone book, kicks me out of apps right back to the home screen, lags, etc...... so on and so on. I'm lost, any quick fixes, advice, did I choose the wrong phone!! I can't keep going on like this.

I've not heard of these issues before. My first guess would be to do a full factory wipe and set it up from scratch :S A PITA for sure, but its possible that an app you installed doesnt quite agree with another.
If that doesnt work, I'd swap it out at the store before your 14 days are up. It could be something wrong with the phone internally.
The only issue I have with this phone is the phone/data connection issues. Otherwise it's really a phenomenal phone. Android does take a little getting used to IMO, it has little quirks here and there, but coming from a WM6.5 phone, it's leaps and bounds ahead.
