trouble programming eris 2 page plus

I have spent time roaming around trying the ##7764726 then putting in the 6 zero,s, then changing the MDN, MIN, SID, everyone says that sfter making these changes it will reboot, it did'nt, i powered it down then when it comes back on it has reverted back to it's original settings... HELP?!?

Make sure you hit menu and then save after you enter the info then restart phone.. If you have then Im not sure what else but if I do think of anything, I will post it..
