Trouble syncing with Outlook 2010

Hi, apologies but I am not savvy with computer jargon

I have a HTC 2 which I had no problem syncing with WMDC 6.1 UNTIL I loaded Outlook 2010

I have surfed the net to find a solution, reinstalled WMDC and still cannot sync the calendar contents only

Could someone please tell me in very plain instructions how to solve this issue

I am using Vista home premium 32 bit, outlook is my default email,

I believe your handset is a Windows Mobile device? As this is an Android-oriented forum you may not get much help, unfortunately. However a quick search throws up a lot of posts with a similar problem so it appears that it's a common issue. This thread on the Microsoft Answers forum might help you.
