Help Trouble with Android Market movies + HDMI

I just got a mini HDMI cable to connect my Eee Pad Transformer to HDTV. It seems to work for almost everything (including YouTube). But when I rented a movie from Android Market, I just get a blank screen with sound. As soon as I unplug the HDMI cable I can see the movie on the tablet screen, but when I plug it in again I get a blank screen again (on both tablet and TV).

Has anyone else seen this? Anyone know what can be done to fix it?
 
I know you posted a while ago, but I got my TF last week and rented a movie from the Android Market and got the same results. Did you ever figure it out, or is it so some copyright crap?
 
Well, I got one for 99 cents, so it wasn't like a huge loss, but for future reference, I wanted to see what the deal was. No way we are the only ones with this issue.
