Trouble with Astro File Manager

Hi helpful people, I've recently got an HTC Desire, great phone. I've downloaded Astro File Manager, which is very good. My problem is that when I go into my phones gallery there are no albums or any pictures at all, the same goes for my music files, they do not appear. There are still on my SD card but I can't access them directly through my phone. This limits what I can do. Is there anything I can do to get them back onto my phone? To maybe share them between Astro and my phone folders? I've even taken a random camera shot and tat doesn't appear in my album

Try to remount your micro sd card (that should rescan media files)

Try using es file explorer. It's equally good as Astro, if not better...

I've taken Astro off now, but still have no music or photo files/albums, ahhhh!!

What's the address of your media files? (eg: SD:\\DCIM/MUSIC...etc)
