I am having some contacts trouble with my DI. I've set up all my contacts correctly, but sometimes the Display Name showing for some given contacts would not be the one I want shown. So I went into the given contact(s), clicked Details, clicked the drop down menu to Select contact name, and chose the one I wanted displayed, and then click Done.
The problem that I am having is that the name would sometimes change itself back to the previous name, and then I'd have to go back and do the whole thing over again, which is pretty annoying... Any suggestions?
