I've just gotten the HTC Hero from Sprint. I've been playing around with the phone, and everything appears to be working well, and hoping to update to 2.1.
Except for a couple of issues. When I attach the usb to my PC, I see the external usb device, but I can't open it. With all my other phones, I can open up the phone's internal disk to make changes.
Is a sandisk drive included with the Sprint HTC Hero?
Secondly, I can't seem to get HTC sync to work. It loads perfectly well on my computer, but never recognizes a connection though my Hero is hooked up.
Any troubleshooting advice I can try?
