Accessories Trouble with the back and battery promo

Did any one have trouble getting the free back and battery? Did it online a few days after having the phone and uploaded the files August 1st and got the confirmation email and was approved but I have yet to received the items. When I go on the site and type in the my zipcode and rebate ID it shows approved and rebate status just keeps saying pending-shipment. I used the email address that was in the confirmation email more than a week ago and no response so have no clue what to do next. Should it take this long to get them? Mary

Got an email today saying items were out of stock and on order.
 
I got no such email. When did you submit yours? I submitted mine August 1st. Seems they could have let me know before this.

Sent a second email and still no response.
