So, I have an HTC One S that's almost a year old. About a month ago I started having a lot of issues with it (error messages all the time, not connecting to SIM card etc). I couldn't figure out any problems and can't afford a new phone so I reset back to factory settings. Now I'm not getting anymore error messages or SIM card problems but it will not connect to WiFi (I've tried multiple WiFi networks. Won't connect to any of them) and my mobile data speed is unbearably slow. Its not even worth it to have a smart phone at this point because I can't use it for anything other than texts and calls. Has anyone had similar problems or know of anything I could try to clear up the problem. I'm not all that tech savvy but I take direction very well
