Help Trouble with WiFi connection

Samsung galaxy 11 - I have a new phone. I have a connection to WiFi internet however when I put a URL in or search all I get is Web page not available!
Any ideas how I can get onto web pages?
 
sounds like an issue with the dns settings.
can other devices connected to this wireless network browse the internet?
