Whenever I try to get into my contacts or settings it says " The linked program is no longer installed on your phone". What do I do ? Or is there anything I can do ?:confused:
 
If you are unable to access the settings to factory reset the phone in order to restore the settings & contacts apps, try holding the volume down button while pressing the power button. You might have to do this when the phone is turned off. This will bring you to a menu where you can navigate using the volume up & down keys to select a factory reset.
That should get the settings back.
