Root Trying get back to stock

Rescue119

Lurker
Hi

I started playing with rooting my phone and installing custom ROMS. At first everything went well but when I was screwing around with another ROM I found I lost the ability to get into Recovery

I go into the bootloader and select recovery and it just takes me to the fastboot screen

So somewhere I messed up.

The phone itself works fine but it seems I have lost privleages or something got corrupt.

my bootloader/fastboot screen has the following info on it

Bravo PVT4 ship s-on
hboot - 0.93.0001
microp - 051d
touch panel - synw0101
radio - 5.11.05.27
aug 10, 2010, 17:52:18

when I run a ruu it says my image version is 3.14.405.1

ROM I have installed at the moment is

CyanaogenMod 7.2.0.1-bravo

ROM Manager (which i will get rid of and never use again once this is fixed

says I have current recovery is 5.0.2.0

So basically I want to wipe everything and get close to stock as possible and try over again.

I am right now trying to installed a RUU but cant seem to find the right one

Any help is apppreciated

Thanks

well I used this one it seems to have worked i dont have superuser anymore so I guess I will start over

The RUU will have replaced everything on your phone with stock software. You will indeed have to start over if you want to Root again. When you do make sure you check all the pre-requisite requirements again in the guide you intend to use as you may now have a different hboot version to the one you started with.
