So I love the conectivity of the Droid, but I'm having problems finding apps I've had on other phones and setting up speed dials. I think as I eventually figure out this phone I'm going to love it. I've had a very difficult time with Verizon helping me out. I'll call and one person will give me two pages of instructions and when those don't work and I call back, the next rep will tell me that the first rep was wrong and I just need to go into the store. Trying to upload CD's that we have loaded onto my laptop and I am clueless. Again, I tried to call Verizon and was given instructions by someone who kept saying, "doo to doo" to break the silence. She didn't even offer to call me on a separate phone to make sure the instructions she gave me worked. Again, I'm sure I will eventually love this phone, but so far there have been some frustrations.
