Help Trying to buy an app but wont process

Trying to buy Mortgage Calc Full from the android market and it won't work. Tried to get it online, won't work.

I am assuming the app isn't there anymore or something else happened but shouldnt it not show anymore in the market place?

anyone else have this app and have gotten it to download?
