Trying to find android app

I just got the Inc. 2 and one of the reasons was this cool app my friend had, but I can't seem to find it, and he no longer has it. What it did was you pointed your phone around and you would see locations pop on screen in real time. Any clue what app I'm looking for?

I've just downloaded the Android app from the market. It is one of the most phenomenal app been in my droid. The greatest thing about this app is that you get to know the thief's number and you are all set to track him down. I put my gf's sim in my mobile and caught her..heheheh..even she was amazed by this app. Searched from google and landed on developers' site. Just google "Safeorsorry app" on google and download it!

Highly recommended!!!

PS: I'm so excited that I'll recommend it to thousand of members in this forum. Sorry, I'm not advertising but the app is amazing...
 
Could be Yelp. It's tricky to tell from the description as there are several apps out there that would fit the description. Yelp's Monocle feature is one of them.
